Hotel Policies
Travelers Palm Inn & Guest House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. An advance payment of 50% of your reservations is taken upon making the reservation, with balance due upon check-in. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 21 (twenty-one) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $50 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than twenty-one (21) days* notice your advance payment is forfeited. If you shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for your entire advance reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events. *A 60 day cancellation notice is required on multiple cottage bookings, whole compound bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in is after 3 PM. Please call or email when you know your estimated time of arrival to arrange check-in.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available. A minimum $200 cleaning fee applies for any smoking indoors.
No children under 15.
No Pets.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs pages(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
RESERVATION NEXUS
We use Reservation Nexus to allow you to make reservations from our website. Their servers are PCI compliant, meeting the highest security standards and requirements of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
