Travelers Palm is closing on July 7th for a complete renovation. We anticipate reopening in late Fall, with:
- All new units and designer furniture
- New pool with waterfall
- Upgraded landscaping
The owners, Roxanne Fleszar and Michel Appellis, met on the property in 1996 and purchased it in 2000. They will be operating the property personally. The new Travelers Palm is planned as an eco-friendly operation with solar hot water for the pool and in the guest quarters. Irrigation will be supplied with rainwater collected in a cistern. |
